Course Description

This course explores women leaders' challenges and strategies in balancing their professional and personal lives. Through a comprehensive examination of work-life integration concepts, participants will analyze the impact of leadership styles, emotional intelligence, and organizational support on women's ability to navigate family dynamics. She is also a registered professional counselor under the Malaysia Board of Counsellors, with extensive mental health counseling experience, and an American Psychological Association (APA) member.
