Course Description

This course focuses on self-compassion as a key to building emotional resilience and well-being for women. It explores the unique challenges women face, such as societal pressures and balancing multiple roles, often leading to self-criticism. Participants will learn the core elements of self-compassion: self-kindness, common humanity, and mindfulness, and how it differs from self-esteem. Through discussions and practical exercises, participants will gain strategies to cultivate self-compassion, overcome barriers like perfectionism, and apply these practices in daily life for a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
