This course is open to women aged 18 and above who are eager to improve their lives and contribute to their communities. No advanced skills are needed—just basic reading, writing, and math. If you’re not confident in these areas, we can help you with a preliminary literacy course. We especially welcome women from rural or semi-urban areas. If you're interested in starting a business, becoming a leader, or learning new skills in agriculture, crafts, or other trades, this course is for you! You don’t need to be tech-savvy—just be open to learning some digital skills that can help you succeed.

By the end
of this course, participants will have a strong understanding of the pivotal
role women play in sustainable agriculture, with a focus on mastering
composting techniques. They will gain practical skills in creating high-quality
compost to enhance soil fertility, reduce dependency on chemical fertilizers,
and boost crop productivity. Participants will also learn how to use composting
as a tool for financial independence by generating additional income, whether
through selling compost or creating organic products. Overall, the course will
empower women by providing them with sustainable farming knowledge that leads
to long-term environmental and economic benefits for their communities.
