Course Description

The E-Commerce course at Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Commerce equips students with comprehensive knowledge of online business operations and the rapidly evolving digital marketplace. It covers core concepts such as online retail models, digital payment systems, e-marketing strategies, and the technological infrastructure behind e-commerce platforms.

Students gain practical skills in managing online stores, optimizing product listings, analyzing consumer behavior, and using digital tools to enhance sales performance. The course also highlights key aspects of logistics, cybersecurity, and data privacy—critical components of successful e-commerce operations.

By engaging in hands-on projects, platform simulations, and real-world case studies, learners develop a strong understanding of digital business management. This prepares them for career opportunities in online retail, digital marketing, cross-border e-commerce, and other emerging sectors in the global digital economy.
