Zhu Gangli holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering and is a Senior Engineer. His primary research and professional areas include ecological and environmental planning and assessment, environmental engineering design and operation, pollutant discharge permit management, and teaching and research in environmental science and engineering.
He has led and completed one key project of the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation, two special projects of the Guangdong Provincial Environmental Protection Department, one key scientific research platform project of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, and one Guangzhou Municipal Science and Technology Innovation Project. Additionally, he has led dozens of industry-funded projects with a total contract value exceeding 20 million RMB.
Zhu Gangli has published 13 academic papers, holds one invention patent and two utility model patents, and has authored two textbooks/monographs. He received the Third Prize of the Guangdong Provincial Environmental Science and Technology Award and has guided students to win six provincial-level awards and one national-level award.
