Women Leadership in Technical Education and Vocational Training (TVET) through the conceptual framework of Pembelajaran Efektif Koloborasi Lestari Aktif (PEKLA) is quite fascinating. this framework seem to emphasize effective, sustainable, and active collaboratives learning, which can be crucial for enhancing women's participation and leadership in shaping TVET fields. In order to facing the continuing gender imbalance in women representation and leadership in TVET sectors, PEKLA had been designed as framework in helping to bridge this gap and meet the growing demand for skilled workers in educational technology sectors.
By the end of this course, participant be able to :
1. Empowerment of Women : The course focuses on empowering women by enhancing their leaderships skills within the context of TVET. this includes fostering confidence, decision-making, abilities and strategic thinking.
2. Effective Collaboration : Through the PEKLA framework, participants will learn the importance of effective collaboration. This involves working together with various stakeholder to achieve sustainable and impactful results in technical and vocational education.
3. Sustainable Practices : The course emphasize sustainable practices in education and training. Participant will explore ways to implement environmentally and socially sustainable methods in their leadership roles.
