This course examines the particular mental health issues that women in Generation Z encounter. It addresses the confluence of concerns related to personal growth, social media influence, and cultural influences that affect mental health. Students will learn how to manage stress, develop emotional health, and become resilient through engaging conversations, introspective exercises, and applied solutions. Self-identity, anxiety, body image, relationships, and coping strategies are important issues. Pupils will be given useful tools and techniques to deal with these obstacles in an efficient manner.
After completing this course, students will be qualified to:
1. Determine and evaluate the main issues with mental health that Gen Z women face.
2. Recognize how social, cultural, and technical aspects affect this group's mental health.
4. Utilize interventions and strategies supported by research to effectively manage emotional challenges, stress, and anxiety.
5. Create mental health plans and individualized self-care routines that target issues unique to each gender.
6. Examine critically how relationships, social media, and cultural norms impact mental health experiences.
Provide Gen Z women in their communities with action plans or resources related to mental health.
