can empower themselves through their awareness of their capacity as women who
have full control of themselves, have rights to make decision and opportunity
to develop themselves, to be independent women in every sector of their lives,
and to show that they can utilize their knowledge and skill not only for their
own welfare but also for their family and society. This course also shows
specifically how women in Tuban Regency can enhance their participation in
society through Batik skill training as one of their local wisdoms, which can
also increase their family income.
