Intelligent Image Recognition: Deep Learning Applications Based on PyTorch and OpenCV is a practical, application-oriented course that introduces students to modern computer vision and image recognition techniques using deep learning. The course focuses on building, training, and deploying image recognition models with PyTorch, combined with OpenCV for image processing and real-world visual analysis.
Students will learn fundamental concepts such as image preprocessing, convolutional neural networks (CNNs), model training and evaluation, and performance optimization. Through hands-on projects and case studies, participants will apply deep learning models to tasks such as image classification, object detection, and feature extraction, bridging theoretical foundations with real-world applications.
By the end of the course, students will be able to design and implement intelligent image recognition systems, understand end-to-end computer vision workflows, and apply these skills to research, industry, and interdisciplinary projects.
